Delivery + Shipping

$5 tracked postage.

All orders made before 2pm Monday -Thursday will be dispatched that day. If made after 2pm the order will be sent the following day. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm & weekend orders will be dispatched before 2pm Monday.

Orders will NOT be dispatched on weekends or Public Holidays. These orders will be dispatched within 3 workings days. 

Deliveries are normally received within 2-3 working days, depending on your location within New Zealand.

I will happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) for an exchange, credit or refund. Items must be returned to me within 14 days of you receiving them. Sale items or discounted orders can be returned for a credit or exchange only. All garment tags must be still attached to the item.

Returns of faulty items must be returned within 14 days from the date of you parcel delivery. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If the style is no longer available we will offer you a credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.

Returns, exchanges or faulty items received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted, an Every Girl. credit may be supplied subject to assessment at my discretion.
